Salary Range
$120,000.00 - $180,000.00


  • Effectively coordinate all engagements under his/her responsibility
    • through knowledge of the client and their business
    • provide guidance to assigned personnel
    • review all work and provide feedback to staff
    • keep partners informed of planning, progress, problems and results of work
    • communicate with client on planning and other important matters
    • prepare timely evaluation
    • other administrative duties
  • Prepare timely billing and discuss any significant write-downs or write-ups with the partners: and assist on collections, when appropriate
  • Provide guidance on personnel matters, workload, non-charge time, and other pertinent administrative matters of assigned staff
  • Be able to represent the firm at social functions and assist in client development
  • Participate in semi-annual and annual evaluations of professional staff and provide recommendations on promotions
  • Interview candidates and provide specific recommendations


  • Minimum of over 7 years of current and/or recent tax experience in public accounting
  • Must have active CPA license
  • Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience for at least two years
  • Flexibility to work on non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, M&A, human resource, and IT advisory services
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Japanese language skill is a bonus
