Job Description:

• Targeting and acquiring new clients within Japanese companies
• Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Preparing proposals and contracts
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Regular reporting on sales activities and progress

Required Skills and Experience:

• Sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred)
• Experience working with Japanese companies
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (English proficiency is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-management skills and a drive to achieve targets

• Industry knowledge (specific industry experience is a plus)
