This role is primarily focused on sales activities such as telemarketing and customer visits, with the goal of providing IT solutions to customers facing challenges.

Responsibilities
- Generating leads and closing sales with existing and new customers (telemarketing, cold calling)
- Phone support for IT issues
- Creating and managing sales and marketing documents (proposals, quotations, sales orders, etc.)
- Overseeing potential and ongoing projects
- Providing transparency and accountability on daily reports and weekly goals via email
- Participating in a range of meetings (sales meetings, general gatherings, etc.)
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Experience in IT or marketing
- Proficient in both English and Japanese (with the ability to use both languages to effectively communicate with clients in a business setting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
