Summary:

This is a Part-time Assistant for General Affairs Department.


Responsibilities:
  • Help keep the office tidy and organized - periodically lift up and move boxes up to 30 lbs
  • Collect mails from a mailbox, sort, and deliver mails to recipients
  • Check voice mails
  • Refill office supplies
  • Other miscellaneous
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred
  • Previous experience in office support role is preferred
Starts: February 2024
Work schedule: 4 hours per day, twice a week. Workday is negotiable.
