Salary Range
$48,000.00 - $58,000.00
  • Input daily accounting, purchasing, and invoicing into Quickbooks.
  • Conduct and support monthly closing(Preferred) Then, submit monthly closing reports to accounting company. (Sales, purchases and expenditures etc.) 
  • Comprehend basic knowledge for P/L and B/S.
  • Speak and write in both English and Japanese fluently.
  • Assist sales activity by contacting customers and manufacturers daily by phone and email.
  • Support shipping components from office.
  • As needed, visit our warehouse (at a logistics company)in person to pick up materials or sort out matters. Check status of our goods in our warehouse.
  • Resolve customer’s questions and problems by contacting manufacturer (Science and engineering knowledge are plus).
  • Handle logistics of import and export. Report scheduling to customers and warehouse.
  • As needed, visit logistic handlers in person or be able to attend meeting with them for better communication and logistics handling.

  • Maintain and sort various files.
  • Handle MS office with basic knowledge.
  • Work full-time from the office. Working in person at the office will create the following efficiency
    • Increased training opportunities for the employee due to direct contact with the employee’s supervisor.
    • Increased and more efficient communications between the employee and the supervisor, especially due to the technical information involved in the employee’s work liaising between the company and its suppliers, as well as between the Company and its customers.
    • The Employee can provide a better support for the Company’s shipping operations and collaborate with the supervisor on such operations when work is in-person. For example, the employee may need to cover for the supervisor on shipping operations when the supervisor is not able to be in the office (and vice versa).
