Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Specialist will play an influential role within The Company’s Marketing Team and franchisees, helping to establish a local face to the brand, while also helping to shape the entire The Company’s marketing organization as the brand grows
  • Implement and execute all marketing strategies for the restaurant locations to help drive sales and create brand recognition on a local store level
  • This position will be highly innovative, process-driven and collaborative with cross-functional and external partners
  • Restaurant Support: Proactively communicates with Vice President of Marketing and department overall to identify business and marketing needs and develop immediate plans to improve sales, guest count and/or profitability
  • Works closely with Operations counterparts to develop, establish and execute successful marketing programs, including grand openings, in-store activations, community outreach
  • Execution of Marketing Initiatives: Assists franchisees and corporate general managers in coordinating market-wide or multi-restaurant event opportunities; ensures successful execution of marketing events and/or major market event sponsorships
  • Local Marketing Program Development: Develops and implements of promotional calendars, product launches and local marketing strategies for franchisees and corporate locations that help us achieve brand goals
  • Analysis, Reporting and Recommendation: Provides insight into market-wide and Restaurant-level marketing activity and sales trends following an event/sponsorship
  • Provides analysis into how sales have been affected by said activity and overall restaurant performance, makes recommendations, and constantly monitors the competitive environment and shares with others
  • Digital Marketing: Designs and oversees all aspects of The Company’s digital marketing department including the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Follows Budget: Responsible for tracking and managing a pre-determined budget for all projects and above-mentioned area of focus
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Has Knowledge of creative content creation (SNS, photography/videography skills, story board, shot list, etc)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing experience required
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Must be able to clearly articulate goals, performance, and objectives
  • Adaptable and flexible – priorities change on a daily or hourly basis, you can pivot, adjust your schedule, re-focus and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while multi-tasking
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint software, and be proficient with MAC platform
