Position Overview
The Franchise Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the franchise footprint through on-site leadership, operational support, and practical problem-solving. This role focuses on turning strategy and standards into successful, profitable franchise operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead franchise expansion through hands-on, on-site operational support
  • Support franchise partners during store openings, ramp-up, and stabilization
  • Apply existing SOPs and operational standards in live store environments
  • Identify operational risks and resolve issues in real time
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners
  • Evaluate location readiness and ongoing operational performance
  • Coordinate closely with operations and quality leadership teams
  • Provide field feedback to improve franchise systems and standards
  • Take a hands-on leadership role during openings and peak periods
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in franchise, multi-unit, or food & beverage operations
  • Proven track record of hands-on operational leadership
  • Strong execution mindset with practical decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and influence teams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed
