Summary
This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop administrative skills. The role involves a variety of tasks across accounting, customer service, and sample management. Based on the candidate's abilities, the responsibilities may be expanded over time.

Responsibilities

Accounting Support:

  • Assist with posting payments and processing financial transactions.
  • Gather accounts payable documents and upload them to the accounting firm’s system.
  • Print and send out checks as needed for various payments.

Sample Management:

  • Assist with sending samples to potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare samples for shipment by applying labels and organizing them for delivery.
  • Record sample inventory and provide reports when additional samples are needed.

Customer Service:

  • Answer phone calls and assist with order taking.
  • Create and manage sales orders in the system.
  • Generate invoices for customer orders and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
