SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing functions for the Sales department (including promo orders) and for handling customer service support by responding to questions and complaints and explaining company products by phone and e-mail.
Duties also include supporting sales, accounting, and administrative tasks.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES / CUSTOMER SUPPORT
  • Helps others handle orders for each sales channel.
  • Helps others for transferring Purchasing orders to spreadsheets.
  • Follows up on all customer calls, and inquiries.
  • Attends and coordinates demos and support shows.
  • Communicates with warehouses and our factory for sales orders and production.
  • Updates demo data and report.
  • Updates sales data for month-end closing.
  • Updates and Analyzes sales data.
  • Update Sales Breakdown List
  • Contacts customers regularly via telephone, e-mail, letters, and in-person to ascertain their needs and keep business and information flowing smoothly.
  • Identifies customer needs or problems in a timely manner.
  • Handles customer service complaints, product complaints, and customer requests via telephone and e-mail.
  • Ensures that orders are shipped out on time and accurately.
  • Travels to warehouses as needed. (When the inventory is not enough).
  • Orders inventory from warehouses as needed.
  • Manages donation requests.
OTHERS
  • Answers and routing incoming phone calls.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to
    management.
  • Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less costly ways and means in work processes.
  • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Management.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
  • Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
  • Maintains good communication with management, office staff members and outside contacts.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
  • Answers and routing incoming phone calls. Receives and routing incoming mails.
  • Handles and takes care of guests from Paren Company or Subsidiary Company when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s Degree (A.A.) from two-year College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and
    experience.
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven record of maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
