Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office manager. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including accounting support, human resources and general affairs, and sales assistance. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a remote environment if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:

  • Perform accounting entries.
  • Issue and process invoices.
  • Manage transactions (limited in number).
  • Coordinate with the accounting firm responsible for report generation.
Human Resources & General Affairs:
  • Manage vacation records and provide office support.
  • Oversee payroll processing with the support of the accounting firm, especially since all employees are exempt.
Sales Assistance:
  • Handle order processing.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in accounting, human resources, and general administrative support.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
