What You’ll Do

• Lead multi-family projects ($20M–$80M+) from pre-construction through close-out

• Coordinate with owners, architects, subs, and your field team to keep everything on track

• Drive schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation like a pro

• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on every square foot

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation

• Mentor assistant PMs and work closely with your Superintendent to deliver on-time and on-budget

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of PM experience in multi-family or commercial construction

• Proven success running large-scale, ground-up or podium-style multi-family projects

• Deep knowledge of construction practices, contracts, scheduling, and cost control

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (MS Project or P6)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
