What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness owners to understand their unique financial needs.
• Guide clients through the lending process—soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and closing loans with confidence and expertise.
• Seek out new opportunities to grow your portfolio and strengthen the bank’s presence in the agricultural community.
• Stay active in the local community by participating in events, networking, and supporting agricultural organizations.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in agricultural lending or a similar role.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills with the ability to craft solutions tailored to clients’ goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you enjoy being out in the community and connecting with people.
• A passion for agriculture and a working knowledge of farming, ranching, and agribusiness operations.
