FullStack .NET Developer (Remote - Secret )

The ideal candidate (Full Stack Developer) will participate in daily scrum activities and demonstrate practical Agile experience while developing solutions in .NET Core, ASP.NET (VB/C#), MVC (C#), and other Microsoft technologies using Visual Studio. They will collaborate across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a particular focus on application design, development, implementation, and maintenance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.

Experience:

• Extensive experience with .NET 8 and .NET 10 Core, ASP.NET (VB), MVC (C#),Microsoft SQL development, and Visual Studio 2022 or later.
• Strong understanding of current technologies, including microservices-based architectures, with the ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations for modern web application strategies.
• Demonstrated experience performing systems analysis, including gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket or GitHub for maintaining backlog-to-deployment traceability.
• Skilled in writing and debugging JavaScript and AJAX calls in web applications.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprints, user stories, retrospectives, etc.) and cloud-based development environments.
• Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desired Skills:

• Experience utilizing Jira to manage and deliver Agile development projects.
• Scrum Master certified or other Agile certifications.
• Microsoft SQL Report Services Development.
• Experience developing in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to accelerate application code development, debugging, and refactoring.
