Job Description
SG2 Recruiting is looking for an entry level Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys working with people to make sure they have the information and resources needed to successfully complete interviewing processes! The ideal candidate will also have strong social media skills to assist with promoting SG2 Recruiting to target client and candidate audiences.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Working alongside SG2 Recruiting clients to smoothly execute candidate/client interviews
  • Learning and using the variety of technologies associated with recruiting to include Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling applications
  • Partnering with SG2 Recruiting's sourcing and full lifecycle recruiters to assist with sourcing as well as ensure outstanding candidate experience
  • Communicating clear, client specific recruiting processes to candidates and interviewers
  • Suggesting improvements in processes when gaps are identified
  • Reviewing candidate and client industry-related articles and posting on SG2 Recruiting's social media platforms
  • Ensuring that there is continuity and consistent messaging throughout our communications platforms that include our website, LinkedIn and Facebook pages as well as Twitter account

What You Will Need To Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Interest in talent acquisition or Human Resources
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and prioritize competing priorities to manage their time effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a customer service mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage their time effectively
