IT Recruiter

At Super Systems Inc. (SSi) we specialize in providing Technology professionals for staff augmentation and managed service engagements. We believe that putting the right people in the right place will drive an organization’s success and we are looking to add to our growing team!

IT recruiters are responsible for handling the recruitment process for professionals in the information technology field. They develop strategies to reach talent, engage with talent, and perform screenings. Entry level position, no experience required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Manage the interview, selection, and closing process.
• Conduct screening, hiring, and selection.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a wide range of tasks.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Familiar with DoD contracts- a plus.

This position is onsite at the Virginia Beach, VA location.
