Summary

The Financial Analyst provides financial program support for our contract with the Department of State. Candidate must have prior DOS experience.


Essential Functions

  • Provides support in the areas of labor reporting, timesheet management, financial management and invoices for IT initiatives.
  • Reconciling labor charge codes in Netplus and providing accurate reporting for management.
  • Creating and managing labor charge codes in Deltek.

  • Applies applications, while adhering to established accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Able to quickly build rapport, resolve differences of opinion diplomatically, and reach consensus with other stakeholders.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in accounting, budget, or finance functions
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial and management structure, operations, and corporate fiscal resources.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years progressive experience.
