Sr. Program Manager (Enterprise Programs) TS/SCI

The Program Manager is accountable for the total performance of the contract, serving as the single point of leadership for its successful execution. The PM is responsible for delivering all services and achieving all outcomes specified in the contract on schedule and within budget. The PM's primary result is the seamless and efficient delivery of all contractual requirements, achieved by directing all contractor personnel, managing all allocated resources, and ensuring the quality and technical soundness of all work performed. The PM has the authority to manage the contractor team and is ultimately responsible for proactively identifying and resolving all technical and business process challenges to ensure mission objectives are met without disruption.

This position is located at Quantico, VA and it is on site 5x a week. Monday through Friday.

Education, Certifications, and Experience

• A current DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level III certification
• A minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience (i.e., within the last 15 years) managing complex projects of a similar size, scope, and complexity to contract requirements
• An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a PM in a DoD/IC environment performing in a subject area related to the contract (e.g., IT management or computer science), including:
• Experience with program/project leadership of IT Service Delivery at an enterprise level similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this contract, and relevant management and cybersecurity/IT workforce qualification(s)
• Experience managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels in a project environment similar to the requirements of this contract
• Experience utilizing ITIL 4 frameworks to create, maintain, and enforce staff compliance with documented practices, ensuring alignment with ISO 20000-1:2018

Clearance

• Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Conditions of the Position

• Single incumbent, full-time.
• Available 0800–1700 ET, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or administrative closure of the Government facility.
• The PM's name, and an alternate who acts for the Contractor in the PM's absence, must be designated in writing to the COR.
• The PM must have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
• Certification must be held prior to performing the duties of the position.

• The ITIL 4 / ISO 20000-1 requirement is experiential, not a certification.
