Role You Will Play:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, billing, material handling, and inventory accuracy. Supervise a team of 12–15 employees, providing coaching, communication, and performance management. Act as the primary liaison between customers and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and service. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all company and regulatory safety policies. Streamline workflow processes to improve productivity and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments (paint, millwork, lumber, hardware, showroom, etc.) to support overall business operations.
