Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion while partnering with the Director to ensure alignment on priorities and direction.

Actively participates in the conceptual development of product lines and present ideas for each season showcasing silhouette, fabric, and print, pattern, color range

Have a strong denim background and good working knowledge of woven fabrics and silhouettes.

Create tech packs for all development samples, including sketches, construction details, and layouts

Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Fabric, and Technical Design teams to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity while keeping abreast with the product approval process

Qualifications and skill requirements

College degree in fashion with 7-10 years of experience working on Denim + woven’s.

High taste level, a collection based mindset, understanding of brand aesthetic, and creative ability

Strong knowledge of fit, fabric and construction details.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in both written and verbal communication
