Role: Backfilling Workday Consultant for HCM Implementation Support
Project Context
- Project: Workday HCM implementation (HRS)
- Current Status: Project is in red status
Client Needs
- Seeking a 6-month Workday consultant to replace a data conversion specialist.
- Ideal consultant is an all-around Workday implementation resource, not strictly focused on data conversion (needs to be familiar with it)
- Testing - Managing, Monitoring, Tracking
- Must be comfortable with:
- Hands-on and Comfortable with Processes in Workday, proactive, adaptable – someone who can learn and act quickly
- Must operate well in a high-meeting, fast-moving environment
- Workday data loading (EIB experience)
