Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
  • Configure business processes, security roles, and integrations to support organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Workday support as needed.
  • Manage user access, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support reporting and analytics by building custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
  • Participate in Workday updates and testing cycles to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and security.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and how they translate into system functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
