Job Description
We are looking for a Workday Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
- Configure business processes, security roles, and integrations to support organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Workday support as needed.
- Manage user access, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support reporting and analytics by building custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Participate in Workday updates and testing cycles to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and security.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and how they translate into system functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
