A 250+ bed community hospital outside Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Women’s Services Nurse Manager to lead its busy Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.

This thriving department delivered over 1200 babies in 2024. You'll lead a team of 40+ experienced FTEs supporting L&D, postpartum, triage, and a Level II Special Care Nursery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations for the department

• Mentor, develop, and hold staff accountable to high standards of care

• Partner with an engaged leadership team to prepare for Couplet Care transition by end of 2025

• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to drive service excellence

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Alabama (or eligibility)

• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification required; BLS, ACLS & NRP also required
