Wireless Inside Sales Representative

Focus:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients within the wireless and DAS markets.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools and industry networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and promote the company’s products and services, ensuring they align with client needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including partners in the LTE and 5G NR ecosystem (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients, serving as a trusted advisor for wireless solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales forecasts to meet or exceed targets.
  • Support the outside sales team in developing strategies for large-scale projects.

Skill Set:

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical or IT sales, preferably in wireless, telecommunications, or DAS industries.
  • Experience working with DAS OEMs, system integrators, or service providers.
  • Proven knowledge of AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile LTE and 5G NR growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and technical landscape of wireless networks.
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including DAS, small cells, and cellular infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
