Role You Will Play:
The Window and Door Install Manager will have immediate oversight of the Company’s installation program. By using their leadership and planning skills, this individual will develop goals that will make an immediate impact on a customer’s experience both after products and services are rendered. The Manager shall set and track the performance of the Install Technicians, ensure training of the team, and serve as a technical expert. The Manager represents the company in the field. The Manager will protect the brand and work to reduce liabilities in the field. Additionally, the Manager will collect data, report on KPIs, and propose/implement solutions to ongoing customer experience challenges.
