Salary: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business prospects from initial contact to closing, transforming opportunities into viable revenue streams.
- Conduct detailed needs analyses with potential clients, presenting tailored presentations that address specific challenges.
- Negotiate long-term partnership agreements that benefit both the customer and our company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with company-wide teams to coordinate complex technical presentations to key decision-makers.
- Ensure successful implementation of solutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction and continuity of business operations.
- Handle customer service and relationship management, dealing effectively with challenges while developing deep-rooted client relationships.
- Extensive travel by air or car as needed to meet potential clients and maintain relationships (< 50% travel).
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering.
- Required: Minimum 5 years of customer-facing sales experience.
- Required: Proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly involving high-level technical products.
- Required: Experience selling industrial automation systems and components specifically related to material handling in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Must have demonstrable experience in corrugated box selling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Box on Demand robotics, packaging systems, and automation solutions.
- Experience in consultative sales approaches, particularly involving capital equipment and machinery leases.
- Proven ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies, including market penetration and customer acquisition plans.
