Mead & Hunt is continuing to expand their One Water division in the Western US and is looking for a client-minded engineer to lead the charge in the growth of municipal water/wastewater and water resources projects. This engineer will be responsible for working with existing and new municipal clients and projects in the region, quickly becoming an integral part of growth within the One Water group. The ideal candidate will possess the right personality and acumen to work well with clients and the desire to do business development. The individual must have municipal water/wastewater or water resources experience within Oregon, Washington, or Northern California.
The engineer will play a key role in continuing to expand the firm’s One Water division and will be responsible for leading local business development efforts and serving as a client manager for municipal clients in the Western US. This position will work alongside and be supported by an amazing group and will have the flexibility and support needed for their career to flourish, maintain work-life balance, and be reminded every day why they are in this profession.
The individual can work from any of the following areas: Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; or Sacramento, California. Please indicate location preference when applying for the position.

Salary Range: $190,000 - $250,000 /year – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set and location.

Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering, environmental engineering or related engineering discipline
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Background in municipal water/wastewater or water resources projects
• Ability to serve in a business development capacity; the individual must have established relationships with municipal clients in one of the following areas: Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; or Sacramento, California
