Title of Position: Wedding and Events Sales Manager

Package: 65,000 - 70,000 Baht

Benefits: The position offers a Local package with all the usual benefits.

Major responsibilities:

• To prepare catering proposals generated either by the F&B Team or received directly by the hotel for catering events.
• To follow-up all proposals and convert requests into confirmed business to achieve budget expectations.
• To liaise with the Assistant F&B Manager on availability and pricing, with Group Services Manager on room requirements and with Food & Beverage, Chefs and operations department on requirements.
• To issue Function Sheets, chase deposits and finalize all requirements.
• In charge of contacting member Chambers of Commerce monthly with a view of securing Luncheon and Dinner events for future “need dates”.
• To carry out market research pertaining to this market segment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Thai Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Wedding Sales.
• Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
