The contractor must perform the following tasks:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas and journey maps to better understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of implementation of designs within Angular-based applications.
- Design and refine UI components, ensuring consistency with existing design systems.
- Conduct usability and A/B testing, iterating designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Provide documentation and guidelines for UX patterns and best practices within the project.
- Work closely with front-end developers to refine user interface interactions, being mindful of scope creep and product deadlines.
- Optimize the usability and accessibility of web applications following industry standards.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
5.0 DELIVERABLES
The contractor must deliver the following:
- User research reports, upon demand, including findings and recommendations for improving usability.
- Wireframes and mockups outlining the proposed user interface designs.
- Interactive prototypes demonstrating key user flows and interactions.
- Usability testing results and action plans for iterative improvements.
- Finalized design assets and UI specifications for developers to implement.
- UX documentation and style guides to ensure consistency in design and usability.
- Updated design system components as needed for new features and improvements.
