As a Wealth Planner Associate, you will support high-net-worth clients and prospects through excellent client management service and planning while offering opportunities for growth and advancement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Senior Advisor to schedule, coordinate, and plan client meetings with a “clients-first” approach
  • Prepare reports and client portfolio reviews, ensuring integrity in all dealings
  • Attend meetings, document discussions, and prepare summaries concerning all parties involved
  • Coordinate follow-up actions
  • Document and update process with collaboration from team-mates
  • Assist with portfolio construction
  • Respond to inquiries, build, and maintain relationships with clients with respect and integrity
  • Gather data for various analyses, including retirement, taxes, estate planning, and more
  • Continuously develop professional development and knowledge through collaboration with internal and external experts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, with emphasis on tax preparation
  • CFP or CFA certification
  • Familiarity with wealth planning technology and proficiency in tools such as CRM, Adobe, MoneyGuidePro, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client service focus
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
