We have an opportunity for a dedicated Wealth Advisor to join a highly respected, growth-focused Wealth Management firm in Stevens Point, WI. This firm has a strong local presence along with a trusted referral network – enabling you to work with engaged, long-term clients while being a part of a collaborative and service-driven team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deepen client relationships with existing and newly onboarded clients in a referral-driven environment with no cold calling.
  • Deliver investment and wealth advisory services within a team-based, client-centric environment.
  • Engage with clients through firm-led appreciation events, local media features, and community initiatives.
  • Utilize a strong referral pipeline and community visibility to maintain your inherited book of business.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and financial planning updates with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, etc) to assess and refine client strategies
  • Utilize the firm’s established investment management framework and platforms
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Support team to ensure seamless client service
  • Assist in transitioning and servicing clients by onboarding and managing client relationships as the firm continues to grow.
  • Participate in a mentorship program with experienced professionals to build your expertise and leadership skills and use your skills to mentor and train junior staff.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, process-driven environment that ensures consistent, high-quality service to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-10 years of client-facing experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management.
  • Securities licenses preferred (Series 6 or 7, 63, 65, or 66, SEI).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A team player with a service-first mindset and the ability to work within an established process-driven firm.
  • A desire for long-term career growth, including leadership opportunities within the firm.
  • Ability to adapt and embrace a structured, well-oiled system while bringing fresh insights and a willingness to grow.

Competitive base salary + bonus structure
