We have an opportunity for a strategic, client-focused Wealth Advisor to join an independent RIA serving individuals and families. This is a relationship-driven role focused on holistic planning, long-term stewardship, and personalized financial guidance for HNW clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary advisor for a select group of HNW clients, managing the full wealth planning relationship
  • Design and deliver comprehensive financial plans addressing investment, estate, tax, charitable, and retirement strategies
  • Partner with internal experts across planning, operations, and investment management to implement client solutions
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, anticipating needs and initiating value-driven conversations
  • Collaborate on business development efforts, including referrals, networking, and relationship expansion
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance updates, and best practices in fiduciary wealth management
  • Contribute to firm initiatives, internal process improvements, and team culture

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in financial advisory roles, preferably within an RIA, wirehouse, or private bank
  • CFP required; additional designations like CPWA or CFA a plus
  • Proven experience serving clients with $1M–$10M+ in investable assets
  • Strong planning and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor strategies to each client’s needs
  • Familiarity with both public and private investment offerings
  • Technologically fluent; comfortable with CRM systems and financial planning tools (eMoney preferred)
  • Clean U4 and strong commitment to fiduciary standards
