We have an opportunity for a strategic and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join a dynamic private wealth team in Madison, Wisconsin.

This role is responsible for delivering holistic financial solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients, with an emphasis on long-term relationship management and full balance sheet strategy. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering personalized value across investments, banking, credit, estate planning, and more.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, offering customized financial strategies across investment, credit, banking, insurance, and fiduciary needs
  • Identify, acquire, and deepen client relationships through proactive planning and solution delivery
  • Partner with internal experts to design and implement integrated financial plans aligned with client priorities
  • Create and maintain strategic relationship plans for each client, anticipating needs and initiating timely conversations
  • Track activity and manage pipeline using CRM tools to support business development and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services; private wealth or high-net-worth advisory experience strongly preferred
  • CFP®, CWS®, or comparable credential preferred
  • FINRA Series 7, 65, or 66 licenses preferred
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and drive growth through thoughtful, client-centered planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal partners
  • Working knowledge of portfolio management, financial planning principles, and trust/estate services
  • Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and adaptable to cloud-based and evolving technologies
  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
