We are searching for a skilled and driven Wealth Advisor to join a Fargo, ND office who is excited to be part of a growing team. This Wealth Advisor role offers the unique opportunity to leverage a dynamic partnership between wealth management and CPA services while delivering comprehensive, client-focused financial solutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary point of contact, managing client relationships and providing excellent service in alignment with company values and standards.
- Collaborate with Business Development Advisors and internal teams to create and implement personalized client relationship plans.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial and estate planning advice, tailored asset management strategies, financial planning data collection, asset management reports, and actionable solutions to meet various client objectives.
- Maintain prompt, polished professionalism in all client interactions across phone, email, and written communication, and coordinate with internal and external teams to execute client requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate client documentation, task tracking, and policy adherence.
- Manage meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action plans, ensuring client’s goals are achieved seamlessly.
- Deepen technical expertise in comprehensive financial planning areas, such as tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Proactively identify, nurture, and secure new client opportunities to expand planning and asset management services for existing clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of client-facing advisory experience
- CFP certification (achieved or in progress)
- Expertise in financial planning software and deliverables, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms (especially Salesforce)
- A thorough understanding of comprehensive financial planning, including cash flow, tax strategies, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high EQ, and professionalism.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategy development capabilities.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
