We have an opportunity for a relationship-driven finance professional to join a growing wealth management team serving high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and nonprofit clients.

This role focuses on cultivating new relationships and deepening existing ones while delivering a refined client experience built on trust, collaboration, and long-term value. You’ll partner closely with internal teams across portfolio management, research, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and convert new client relationships across HNW, institutional, and nonprofit segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, community engagement, and professional referrals (CPAs, attorneys, trustees, etc.)
  • Represent the firm at regional events, philanthropic initiatives, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with investment and marketing teams to create customized presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding each client’s unique objectives and needs.
  • Partner with portfolio managers and analysts to ensure portfolios align with client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide proactive communication and regular updates on market conditions, asset allocation, and portfolio performance.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings to reassess objectives and advise on adjustments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within investment management or financial services.
  • CFA or comparable credential preferred.
  • FINRA Series 65 (or 7/66) preferred, or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and planning principles.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships and developing new business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across internal teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional presence, sound judgment, and commitment to exceptional client service.
