This person will be instrumental in taking the region’s well-established municipal water/wastewater practice to the next level, building on years of continued success, a strong backlog, and a technically skilled team strategically positioned for sustained growth. The role calls for a visionary thought leader to set direction and grow the division into the future.
The leader will serve as the face of the division for the region, set strategy and growth plans, work with the group market/client leaders to expand services, and provide insight for business development strategy. Division employees in the business unit will report up to this person through the group’s managers. Requirements:
• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 15+ years of experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
• Experience working with municipal water/wastewater design projects in Texas
• Prior management experience
