Wastewater Special Projects Estimator

Our client, a leading transportation infrastructure contractor with over 85 years of excellence in the industry, is seeking a motivated Special Projects Estimator for their Hilbert, Wisconsin office. Job Duties at Our Client's Organization:

• Lead end-to-end estimation processes for major infrastructure projects, including bid solicitation review, scope analysis, and detailed takeoffs
• Collaborate with their engineering team on bid designs and work closely with project management teams for material and subcontractor buyout
• Develop and maintain comprehensive bid schedules while monitoring client changes and scope adjustments
• Analyze subcontractor/vendor quotes and maintain historical pricing data to ensure competitive and accurate estimates
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to develop complete scope assessments
• Support post-award activities including change orders, extra work estimates, and project turnover documentation

Qualifications They're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of estimating experience with proven knowledge of cost control and material pricing
• Experience in water treatment, waste water, and commercial construction preferred
• Proficiency with heavy bid estimating software
• Design/Build experience beneficial
