The Warranty Analyst role is responsible for providing support to the Warranty Administration team. The position holder will work closely with Warranty Coordinators, Regional Field Service Managers, Inside Technical Support, and manufacturing quality teams to build, research, analyze, and document warranty claim trends and forecasting. This position requires ability to quickly learn the warranty business process and apply analytical skills to develop actionable data trends that will be utilized to identify opportunities for continuous improvement activities across all brand channels. This role will report directly to the Warranty Administration Manger.

What we’re looking for:

  • Serve as data analyst with primary responsibility of developing and analyzing warranty trend and forecasting models
  • Present conclusions to senior management and explain complex technical analyses in an understandable manner
  • Work with a high level of independent judgment and initiative, while being able to rapidly take on and assimilate work from existing team members when required
  • Develop meaningful partnerships with all applicable stakeholder groups, including (but not limited to) Product Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Inside Support
  • Analyzes warranty trend data and develops reports on recurring warranty claims to support supplier quality improvement and manufacturing quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and manage dashboards to track compliance to internal warranty processes and the evaluation of the Warranty Administration Team’s key performance metrics
