Job Location: Ala Moana Compensation: $17.75~$22/hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time Work Schedule: Flex 10am-8pm



Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:
  1. Off load, count, and receive container, air cargo shipments, and vendor deliveries.
  2. Load cargo van, transport, and deliver wholesale, retail orders, and store deliveries.
  3. Maintain clean and neatly organized warehouse and stockroom areas that are safe, user friendly, and easily accessible.
  4. Handle products with care in order to limit damages and repair any damages.
  5. Keep products fresh and current by organizing, labeling, pulling, and rotating all stock using First in And First out (FIFO) method and store inventory system.
  6. Communicate product condition, stock and supplies status with Lead Warehouse and Retail Manager.
  7. Alert management to a quality, health, safety, and security concerns and issues.
Retail Duties:
  1. Support the customer experience and sales by promptly and efficiently replenishing sales floor stock and understock to standard.
  2. Assist with inventory control, including counting, receiving, replenishing, and rotating stock.
  3. Welcome all guests with a warm smile, verbal greeting, and genuine “Aloha”.
  4. Assist customers to meet their shopping needs.
  5. Provide exemplary customer service, by engaging and interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge, offering samples, giving service options, and anticipating their needs.
  6. Boost sales through suggestive selling.
  7. Accurately answers questions and assists customers in the store by escorting them to products.
  8. Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional, efficient, and timely manner, with a manager’s supervision and approval.
  9. Convey sincere gratitude to all of our guests for taking the time to visit, and invite them to return and visit us again.
  10. Achieve and maintain Visual Merchandising Standards and a clean retail environment.
  11. Prepare and serve individual and bulk customer samples following Good Manufacturing Practices.
  12. Maintain good communication and professional working relationships with managers and coworkers.
  13. Position may include other duties as assigned or required.
