Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Specialist to support both administrative inventory control and hands-on warehouse operations. This hybrid role combines computer-based auditing and reporting with sit-down forklift responsibilities to ensure accurate inventory and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at a desk and on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:

Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records

Maintain and update inventory data, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

Generate and review reports related to inventory levels, usage, and variances

Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and operations teams

Operate a sit-down forklift (tow motor) to move, stage, load, and organize materials

Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling as needed

Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and tracked

Support process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines

Communicate effectively with office staff, warehouse team members, and supervisors
Position Requirements:

Experience with inventory control, auditing, or warehouse administration

Strong computer skills, including inventory systems and Microsoft Excel

Required: Prior sit-down tow motor (forklift) experience

Must be able to pass a forklift/tow motor operation test

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift and move materials as required in a warehouse setting
