Primary Responsibilities
- Manage large or multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with clients, A/E representatives, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
- Oversee project setup, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and change management processes.
- Communicate proactively with project teams, facilitating meetings and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze contract documents (plans, specifications, geotechnical reports) and perform constructability reviews.
- Supervise and mentor project personnel, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Manage financial reporting and budget adherence, initiating pay applications and ensuring timely payments.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Professional Engineer License (P.E.) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
- 4+ years of experience in construction, design, and project management, preferably in Water/Wastewater, Transportation, or Utilities sectors.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, P6 or MS Project, and construction cost estimation.
Salary Range
$100,000 – $150,000
