  • Maintain SIP infrastructure and call management
  • Escalation point for all Voice issues.
  • Install/Maintain/Patch AudioCodes SBC's
  • Maintain Skype for Business and Teams voice environment
  • Assist the Engineering and Operations team to troubleshoot/diagnose voice related issues across the organization
  • Analyze existing standalone or clustered telephony infrastructure components with engineering and operations teams


  • 5+ years of hands on experience supporting/troubleshooting MS Teams and Skype for business Online
  • Experience in mass migration from legacy SfB to Teams. Understand config on both sides
  • Experience in engineering & Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice on SFB/Teams including SIP Trunks
  • In depth Knowledge of SfB/Teams Hybrid setup
  • Knowledge of VoIP protocols
  • Ability to install and configure AudioCodes SBC's
  • Ability to debug network issues pertaining to voice/video traffic
  • Needs to know the underlying network
