We're looking for a Visual Design Lead for a New York agency that blends brand, web, and digital campaigns for a wide mix of clients: major consumer brands, sports, fashion, financial services, arts and culture. The Visual Design Lead will own the visual craft across brand systems, websites, and campaigns. You'll be part of a small creative team, have real ownership, and they're actively integrating AI into their design workflow, so there's room to shape how that evolves. Comp is in the $110-120K range. Can be fully remote or go into the office a few times a week if you're local to New York. Either way, you'll be working EST hours.
