Embedded Security Project Manager — Foster City, CA Full-Time, Onsite

Overview
Our client, a leading security integration company, is seeking an experienced Embedded Security Project Manager to lead critical initiatives at a major enterprise site in Foster City, CA. This is a high-impact, onsite role overseeing the delivery of integrated security solutions for a Fortune 500 technology client.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end deployment of embedded security systems at the client’s Foster City campus

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the integration team, client stakeholders, and subcontractors

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection

  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

  • Lead project documentation, reporting, and compliance efforts to align with client and regulatory standards

  • Facilitate site walks, design reviews, and quality control checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle

  • Track budgets, forecast needs, and drive continuous improvement across active projects

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the security integration or physical security space

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase deployments in high-security environments

  • Strong technical understanding of embedded systems, physical access control, and integrated security platforms

  • Excellent client-facing communication and vendor management skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification a plus

  • Ability to work onsite full-time at the client location in Foster City, CA
