  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data, records, and information in our systems.

  • Travel Coordination: Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

  • Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Online Research: Conduct internet research to gather data, statistics, and information as needed.

  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries from customers or clients via email or chat in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to attendees.

  • File Management: Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval.

  • Expense Tracking: Record and track expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reimbursement.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as required.


  • Must be willing to work during U.S. time zones (9am-5pm) to align with our team's working hours.

  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
