🚗✨ Vintage Supercars Restoration Manager – Coastal Southeast ✨🚗

We are seeking an experienced Exotics Restoration Manager to lead and oversee the service and restoration operations for a leading luxury restoration dealer in the southeast. This role will be responsible for managing high-end automotive restoration projects, coordinating service workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. It is imperative that this person is process-oriented, tech savvy, and is a humble leader who leaves their ego at the door. Experience with EOS system is a plus, but not mandatory.

This is a M-F position and great long-term opportunity with a growing and stable organization that truly cares about the team they've built and the work they do.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Direct restoration and service operations on rare and exotic vehicles
  • Manage and coordinate workflow across technicians and service staff
  • Develop processes to streamline efficiency and maintain elite standards
  • Project Management - ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to world-class standards
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Problem solving to make, recreate, and restore vintage supercars to premium standards
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage financial aspect of restoring vehicles
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency and quality control

✅ Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing automotive restoration or service operations - ideally with luxury vehicles / supercars
  • Deep knowledge of high-end or collector vehicles preferred
  • Dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with EOS System
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Positive communication style, fostering a team environment with a focus on team empowerment
