Position Responsibilities:

• Lead technology strategy including roadmap development, vendor selection, and build vs buy decisions
• Oversee daily IT operations, managing infrastructure, security, and resolving technical issues
• Drive data strategy including pipelines, data architecture, and reporting infrastructure
• Act as a hands-on technical leader contributing to data and system initiatives as needed
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate and execute the technology vision

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare IT, Data, and/or Product leadership
• Basic competency as both a data engineer and data warehouse administrator with a history of prior healthcare deployments
• Experience with product strategy, build versus buy, and user needs research
• Prior expertise managing and contracting key technology vendors
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in performing data analyses in Excel, summarizing executive-friendly output in PowerPoint, including performance dashboards
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and translate ideas into action
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a high growth startup
• Experience in outpatient value-based primary care or other specialty value-based care
• Familiar with emerging technologies such as Claude Code
