Compensation $200k-$300k
- Improves efficiency and transparency in managing surgical supply chains.
- Automates processes from ordering to payment for vendor-supported procedures.
- Offers tools to help hospitals track costs, reduce waste, and uncover revenue opportunities.
- Simplifies management of complex surgical cases involving implantable devices.
- Provides a centralized system for better oversight and decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline development
- Drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition across Hospitals, Health Systems, and IDNs
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion and cross-sell within existing customers
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to align on growth strategy and market feedback
- Translate customer challenges into compelling business cases and ROI-driven value propositions
- Establish Casechek as a strategic partner within health systems
- Continuously refine and optimize sales strategy, messaging, and positioning within the territory
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, including SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals within Hospitals and Health Systems
- Demonstrated success selling at the C-suite and executive level
- Strong experience in new logo acquisition and market expansion
- Expertise navigating long, complex healthcare buying cycles
- Advanced negotiation skills, including enterprise contracting and re-contracting
- Ability to influence across clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
