Vice President of Sales

Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Improves efficiency and transparency in managing surgical supply chains.
  • Automates processes from ordering to payment for vendor-supported procedures.
  • Offers tools to help hospitals track costs, reduce waste, and uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Simplifies management of complex surgical cases involving implantable devices.
  • Provides a centralized system for better oversight and decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline development
  • Drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition across Hospitals, Health Systems, and IDNs
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion and cross-sell within existing customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to align on growth strategy and market feedback
  • Translate customer challenges into compelling business cases and ROI-driven value propositions
  • Establish Casechek as a strategic partner within health systems
  • Continuously refine and optimize sales strategy, messaging, and positioning within the territory

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, including SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals within Hospitals and Health Systems
  • Demonstrated success selling at the C-suite and executive level
  • Strong experience in new logo acquisition and market expansion
  • Expertise navigating long, complex healthcare buying cycles
  • Advanced negotiation skills, including enterprise contracting and re-contracting
  • Ability to influence across clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Compensation $200k-$300k
