- Provides technology-driven services to streamline medical billing, coding, and collections processes.
- Features the world's largest medical coding team alongside proprietary technology and analytics for unparalleled effectiveness.
- Daily planning, networking, sourcing, cold calling, client visits and related follow-up activities to customers in designated segments or target lists within the health care industry. Focus is on non-acute care facilities, large physician practices
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to grow market share across specialty providers and physician group practices.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, partnerships, and strategic decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CEOs, Practice Administrators).
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to refine positioning and value proposition tailored to specialty care markets
- Effectively listen to client needs, analyze existing and anticipated requirements, and provide solutions through the consideration of company services
- Lead negotiations on large, multi-year RCM contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Participate in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans. Understand region and/or account nuances and needs.
- Develop and conduct value-driven sales presentations individually or jointly with service line content experts for use during the client visit.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in healthcare services, with at least 5 years focused on revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, denial management, collections, payer contracting, and compliance as they apply to physician groups and specialty practices.
- Established network with decision-makers at specialty providers (PT, behavioral health, home health, physician practices).
- Proven ability to structure and close complex deals, often involving multi-site or multi-specialty arrangements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading and scaling sales organizations with a focus on measurable results.
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced formal training within the field.
- Proven track record of selling to new logos with annual revenue of at least $500,000.
