The Role:
The Vice President of Sales position is a high-impact leadership opportunity, overseeing a regional team of 15–18 sales professionals, including two sales managers. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the VP will drive strategy, cultivate relationships with key customers, and ensure excellence in sales execution and customer service. This role calls for a seasoned leader with deep experience in B2B distribution, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of developing high-performing teams. The position includes regular travel—approximately one week per month—to support team members and maintain strong market relationships.
