Our client is a leading print manufacturer of retail graphics, direct mail and packaging solutions and looking for a VP Sales & Marketing to join their team.

As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and expanding its market presence. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing key client relationships, develop market strategies, and driving revenue in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the retail, graphics, and packaging sectors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with production and operational goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within large format printing, direct mail, or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of the print industry, including retail graphics and packaging solutions
